- Mission objectives: We have been serving in the Philippines since Sept. 2001. We live in Manila (capital) and I am serving as one of the elders/ pastors at Cornerstone Community Baptist Church (CCBC). I do most of the English preaching and teaching in adult Sunday School. I oversee one of our churches outreach in the poor areas of Manila. Mabel is involved in teaching kids SS and also leads one of the Ladies Bible studies. She is very much involved in discipleship. I teach both in the graduate and undergraduate studies at Febias College of Bible in Valenzuela, Metro Manila (about one hour away). Febias has about 100 undergrad students living on campus. I am currently the graduate school administrator/head of Febias. I teach OT/NT Survey, to about 60 students in the undergrad. And I teach Greek, Hebrew, and Biblical theology in the grad school. This past Jan. 2009, I started on my goal to do my PhD at Ateneo de Manila.
